This is the second movement of my original piano concerto in D-minor, where the woodwind instruments play the leading part instead of a piano solo. It is entitled "Kaze no to no tohoki haru (風の音の遠き春)" in ancient Japanese, meaning to sense the slow approach of spring in a sort of sound made by the winter wind.
