I’m a solo trainer/consultant/business owner who travels 60-70% of the time and manages all aspects of my business including selling and delivering training to between 30-60 active customers at a time while scheduling my own travel, developing content, ordering materials, managing finances, marketing and everything else that goes into running a business. I’ve historically avoided hiring an assistant because I’m a control freak and always thought that it would take me longer to explain how I want things done than to do them myself. I recently reached the breaking point of what one person could do and decided to look into options. A full time assistant wasn’t an option because I work from home and travel frequently. I was introduced to 33Vincent through a customer of mine and decided to give the remote assistant approach a try. I started off slow by offloading some of the basic admin stuff like travel scheduling and a few projects I needed done. Based on their responsiveness and quality of work I started to offload more and more as the relationship developed and now starting have them engaging with my clients to assist with follow up work and scheduling.
As our relationship has grown they have become even more proactive and now anticipate my needs to address issues without me even asking. 33Vincent is now an integral part of my business and allows me to focus more of my efforts on the higher value more strategic initiatives. I would recommend them to any executive who is looking to get some of their time and sanity back.
