The practice of mindfulness has proven to have multiple benefits for psychological, emotional & physical benefits. The Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercise is known to foster a sense of general wellbeing and can be useful for anyone dealing with stress and/or anxiety.
In this workshop one will learn about the basic “how and what” of mindfulness & to learn a simple yet powerful relaxation technique for yourself and others. These techniques enables an individual to manage common stressors associated with an urban lifestyle.
